The response gap

Your lead generation may be working. The handoff isn’t.

A prospect submits your form. The inquiry waits in a shared inbox. The automatic reply says “we’ll be in touch,” but gives the buyer nowhere useful to go.

Inquiry Relay fixes the gap between form submitted and qualified meeting offered—while keeping judgment, pricing, and unusual requests with your team.

How it works

One focused system. Installed end to end.

Async by default, visible at every step, and tested before launch.

01

Map the response

Define what makes a lead a fit, what to ask, when to offer a meeting, and when a person takes over.

02

Build and test

Connect the intake source, approved emails, qualification rules, calendar, alerts, and tracking.

03

Launch and hand off

Test common and edge-case inquiries, activate with approval, then deliver a walkthrough and runbook.

Fixed scope

What the 7-Day Inbound Sprint includes.

One brand, one inbound source, one primary service, one calendar, and one workflow. Existing software is used where practical.

Built for

Boutique marketing, web, creative, consulting, recruiting, IT, and other non-regulated B2B service firms.

Founding client offer

$1,000 one-time

A fixed-scope installation for firms already receiving inbound inquiries but relying on manual or inconsistent follow-up.

  • Workflow design and message logic
  • Implementation and failure-path testing
  • Launch documentation and walkthrough
  • Fourteen days of correction support
Request the async fit check

Optional monitoring after launch starts at $500/month. No ongoing plan is required.

Payment starts the project. The seven-business-day build window begins after intake, access, and message approval are complete.

Guardrails

Automation without a runaway bot.

01

You approve the language

Messages and decision rules are reviewed before anything goes live.

02

People handle exceptions

Unclear, sensitive, or high-value requests are routed to the designated person.

03

Your accounts stay yours

Client-owned tools and secure access invitations are used whenever practical.

04

No performance theater

No fake proof or guaranteed outcomes. The system and its limits are documented plainly.

The founding pilot excludes cold outreach, purchased lists, phone calls, SMS, voice agents, regulated workflows, autonomous pricing, CRM migrations, and custom software. Results depend on inbound volume, lead quality, calendar availability, and human follow-through.

FAQ

Questions before the fit check.

Can this be completed without meetings?

Yes. Intake, approvals, feedback, and handoff can happen through email, a shared document, and short recorded walkthroughs. A call is only suggested when an access or technical problem cannot reasonably be resolved asynchronously.

Do we need a new CRM?

Usually not. The sprint uses your existing form, inbox, calendar, and CRM when they support a reliable workflow. If another tool is genuinely required, you receive the reason and price before anything is purchased.

Will the replies sound robotic?

The messages are written from your website, offer, and examples of how your team communicates. You review and approve every message and decision rule before launch.

What happens when a lead asks something unusual?

The automated path stops and alerts the designated person. The system does not invent prices, promises, policies, or answers to sensitive questions.

Can you add text messages or an AI voice agent?

Those can be evaluated separately after consent, platform, and compliance requirements are reviewed. They are intentionally excluded from the founding pilot.

Is this useful if we receive very few inquiries?

Probably not yet. This service improves response and booking after a lead arrives; it does not create demand. The fit check will say so when acquisition should be solved first.

No-call starting point

See the response gap before you buy.

Prepare a short request with your website, inquiry volume, and biggest response problem. We’ll use it to explain what should be automated, what should stay human, and whether the pilot is a sensible fit.

  • No required sales call
  • No obligation
  • No invented urgency
